Most have good intentions and are caring, compassionate individuals

Neil, thank you for trying not to engage in hostile attacks with me.
Unfortunately, the childish charade thrown by Dr. Leukoma and others
revealing their unprofessionalism and uncooperativeness towards
individuals such as myself who are trying to hold a genuine discussion
(imagine me as one of your own patients), because they treat me as
part of a collective (Bates), rather than an individual--has convinced

only encourages the truly determined to stick around longer--and
discourages the weak to go away. Reverse psychology. You only
encourage the hardcores to work harder and stick around longer if you
use ad hominems. Fatal tactic.
