Yes the link works. what error are you getting? If you have any
questions about my long response below, let me know! I have gotten
many, many eye exams before! By the way, passing a line is getting more
than 2/3 of them right. You can guess 50% of them, I have before and it
shouldnt count.
Online charts arent accurate unless you print them out. Here is a great
one:

There are other eyecharts one can print and use.
Dont get stressed over an eyetest, its for your own good. If you "fail"
an eyetest, all that will happen is youll get handed a glasses
pescription for your BCVA(unless you wish to be undercorrected) When
you get the eyetest, first you get tested without any correction. Dont
squint or strain, just read as many lines as you can. It does not
matter how well you do, if you need glasses, youll get glasses. The
optometrist probably wont pescribe glasses if you are 20/20 or at least
20/40 but you can ask whats your pescription anyway and insist on him
handing you it even if he says you dont need glasses. Just say you want
the pescription for your records anyway so you can monitor your eyesite
history. My bro's first pescription was like -.75 and the optometrist
said you dont really need glasses. He however wrote a pescription and
handed it to him and said "Its yours to do whatever you want. Keep it
for your records and if you have trouble seeing anything, you are
legally allowed to show the optican it and get glasses, I leave the
choice up to you, the patient" Some optometrists will fill out a
pescription if your not 20/20, period and leave the choice of getting
glasses up to you. He may say "you dont need glasses, but the choice is
yours"
If your so scared of getting a stronger pescription, just dont redeem
your new pescription papers then. He might find you need another 1/4 or
1/2 diopter boost. Some people dont want to spend more money on new
glasses when they still see fine with their old glasses. Others know
itll make their eyes worse faster so they hold out as long as possible.
I am thanking myself I held out for 3 years on getting new glasses. I
didnt know about the Bates method, Otis or natural vision improvement,
I was just too cheap and lazy for an eye exam and I seemed to see fine
with my glasses as is. When I got new glasses 3 years later, I only
needed 1/4 diopter boost. My eyes of course got a little worse. I no
longer "bump" up glasses pescription and undercorrect myself and my
vision improved!
