Lasik with Astigmatism???

I am considering having Lasik surgery in the near future. However, I
wanted to know how bad was my eyesight. I got a eye exam and the
results were as follows:
OD: -225, -175, 015
OS: -225, -100, 165
I am not familiar with this, and although the optalmologist explained
it, I was wondering if this prescription shows light, moderate, or
severe astigmatism.
I am asking this because I don't want to be fooled when going for Lasik
evaluation. Some clinics jack the price up according to your
prescription. So, although they advertise $299 per eye, they end up
charging thousands...
Could someone tell me if my myopia/astigmatism is mild, moderate, or
severe (especially when it comes to having lasik surgery)?
