Vision fades/fuzzes while playing musical instrument

I've recently heard from several trombone players who say their vision
sometimes gets fuzzy when playing, making it hard to focus on the ***
music.

I've had it happen too.

Is there a reason for this? Something about blowing against resistance
raising pressure in the eyeball, maybe?
