Anti reflection coating for lenses?

Can one purchase a spray to apply to eyeglasses to provide anti reflection?
I have Rx inserts behing sunglasses and Im pretty sure there is an issue
with light bouncing around off the Rx lenses. So I though I could spray
something on them to help the reflection issue. (this was an option that I
did not get when I ordered the lenses). It would be ok to have to reapply
and cleaning .
any thoughts? thanks!
