latest PSA result

Hi All
Got my latest PSA test back, seems there is a trend developing.
First Test July 2005 2.1
Second Test May 2006 2.7
Third Test August 2006 3.7.
GP refering now me to Urologist as my family history has different cancers
in all member of immediate family, last year my brother had his prostate
removed at aged 57, I am 49 so taking the matter fairly seriously. My GP
said that as I have no obvious symptoms not to panic at all.
Any thoughts?
