Hi,
I have been told that my prostate is big and that could be the reason for high PSA OF
7.2. What do you think please?
How could prostate be reduced in size?
Rajinder
Rajinder,
It is possible to have a PSA of 7.2 without having cancer.
However, it would be safest to get a biopsy. That is the only
way to know for sure.
In the United States, men with PSA above 4 are usually
given a biopsy.
Good luck.
