What does it means?the BPH is back?
If it is not cancerous TURP has to be done again?
is there someone who had the same story?
Probably your prostate is growing. If there is more prostate tissue,
then there will be more PSA. The prostate size can be estimated by
your uro, or measured by ultrasound, if it is necessary to do so.
A higher PSA could also mean cancer or prostatitis... so you should
consult your uro.
If it is caused only by a growing prostate, and if your flow is good
now, then you are okay for now. But in time, your flow might suffer.
If I were you, I would ask my uro about medicine to stop prostate
growth, like Proscar. Or possibly you will need another TURP.
Good luck.

check out avodart. i have taken 1 pill per week (by uro's advice) for
3 years. prostate stayed same.
my PSA went up because I had an infection-took some cipro and it came back
down
