DIET AND LIFESTYLE
I have been abstinent about any kind of drugs since the TURP,
(thinking it would save my marriage, NOT)
Stay away from anything: Alcohol, hot and spicy, meats, fried foods,
to name a few.

People are different. For me, alcohol, spicy food, meat, etc. are no
problem... but dark chocolate is!

Concentrate on: Exercise, sitz baths, active sex life with a pleasing
partner whom you know and trust, flaxseed oil enemas as needed, fruits
and vegetables, maintaining a BMI weight.

Re a fulfilling sex life, this can be difficult to realize for some,
of course. The medical system really should make sexual services
providers available for those of us who require that, just as physical
therapists and trainers are available for improving physical health.

Most cities have these services, but they are not in medical facilities. :-)
