That is very good advice. I have been trying to get on a better diet for
sometime. Hope to drop from 202 lbs. to 185. I've got a hunch that will
help prostate health more than anything else I might do or anything the Uro
can do. I think that lower PSA numbers from a better diet is probably an
indicator that your prostate is healthier. Thanks for the advice. DP

You should eat more veggies, and relax. This can reduce the incidence
of prostate cancer and hence reduce PSA. See http://tinyurl.com/lt5tf.

That's not logical. What is good for your prostate may lower your PSA,
not the other way around.
