The good ones are too busy. If they take time it comes out of their paycheck and they will have to drop some patients. My wife just heard about a really good doctor. Called and was informed that she is not taking any new patients.

Most will spend some time but they rarely will take the time to go into great detail. If you want more you would have to offer to pay him his going rate for extra time to explain. Your insurance won't cover that.
