Hytrin vs Flomax

Just found this ng. Old guy 81, have taken hytrin for about 10 yrs
and proscar for 3. Also saw palmetto. My family MD thinks Flomax is
better then Hytrin. Have any of you people had this experience and
if so, what is your opinion. I think the Hytrin is gradually wearing
off, and I am trying to hold off on any surgery re my old age.

Also..any opinions on Proscar vs Avodart?
