It's been 2 months since the TUIP (bi-lateral & "deep and aggresive" as myMy uro told me long after my PVP when they started to appear that the small
doc put it), my flow is great - 25ml/sec vs 7 before, no complaints
there.
The problem is that my bowel function has never returned to anything close
to
what it was before the surgery - has anyone else experienced this? At
first
I attributed this to lack of exercise, I'm accustomed to walking about 6
hours a day at work. Even my usual dosage of Metamucil wasn't and isn't
doing the trick. Is this just coincidence? I'm tired of calling the Uro's
office; put on hold for 20 minutes to be told it's "normal", or wait 2
days
for one of the docs to call back. Also, I'm still seeing small white
flakes
and other unidentified objects in my urine, this has been going on for 6
weeks, again I'm been told this is 'normal'. Any comments, fellow?

white flakes are bits of scar tissue that have dropped off and that your
urine has bleached. If that is the case rather than some other form debris I
am still passing them after 30 weeks.
