PVP vs other laser treatments

I live in a rural area and the nearest PVP treatment available is several
hundred miles away. My uro tells me there is no difference in the end
result using another laser treatment (sorry, can't remember it's name)
available at our local hospital.

Any comments re PVP (green light) vs any other laser treatment?
