My Dr. gave me some saw palmetto and told me to keep taking it...as a
preventive measure..I take 3 every nite..saw palmetto extract 189 mg at
walmart..
This Dr told me to get a urologist to inspect my prostate yearly-he was an
internal medicine DR.
