Synthetic Telepathy, Psychotronics, and NDE's.

The Pentagon and the U.S. intelligence agencies known as the N.S.A. [
National Security Agency ], C.S.S. [ Central Security Service ], D.I.A. [
Defense Intelligence Agency ], and the C.I.A. [ Central Intelligence
Agency ], have extremely top secret technology which can up the private
thoughts given by individuals from the infrasound vibrations produced by the
brains' electrochemical impulses, i.e. brainwaves. These brainwaves can be
broadcast via microwave tranceivers, infrasound and ultrasound tranceivers,
TDRS [ Tracking and Data Relay Satellites ], GPS [ Global Positioning
Satellites ], and any other form of technology which uses electromagnetism,
i.e. television, radio, the internet, and the telephone. The Pentagon calls
this mind reading and subliminal, subconscious brainwashing technology
Synthetic Telepathy, which the Russians refer to as Psychotronics or
Psychological-Electronics, although there is nothing paranormal about it at
all. The Russian military and intelligence agencies, unlike other sectors of
the Russian economy, continue to be well funded and supplied with the most
technologically up-to-date weaponry, and the Russians after the Americans
still have a large arsenal of nuclear weapons. Sometimes Russian spies can
impersonate American spies, and vice versa.

Today, there are computer chips smaller than the thickness of a human hair,
and which can be inserted into a person by means of an injection, capsule,
or tooth filling, with or without the knowledge of a doctor or a pharmacist.
These computer chips circulate through the bloodstream before becoming

computer chip implants can be made invisible to detection by means of a CAT
[ Computerized Axial Tomography ], MRI [ Magnetic Resonance Imaging ], and
PET [ Positron Emission Tomography ] scans, probably by some means of
electromagnetic degaussing.

Once it was believed that claims about C.I.A. agents secretly dumping
radioactive material in the slums of U.S. cities during the 1950's as part
of a top secret research program were simply mass conspiracy theories, until
the U.S. federal government in the 1990's publicly admitted that the
allegation was true, although to date none of the agents responsible have
been prosecuted, and probably never will be. The Stealth Bomber, which can
evade enemy radar, was first revealed to the American public only in 1988.
No doubt that secret agents have top secret, miniaturized computer chips
which are invisible to brain scan detection implanted or injected into them
in order to jam or block the ability of enemy spies to read their silent,
private thoughts or mentations, and also to place erroneous, misleading
thoughts in their minds in order to deceive enemy spies.

With the latest top secret and rapid technological advancements available to
the U.S. intelligence agencies, the need for computer chip implants or
injections for conducting synthetic telepathy and subliminal, subconscious
brainwashing attacks against targeted persons is probably obsolete by now.
Rather, a satellite network of Tracking and Data Relay Satellites, along
with Global Positioning Satellites using remote control, is used against
individuals suffering from synthetic telepathy harassment. Synthetic
Telepathy is used for conducting training and/or experimentation against
people suffering from various types and degrees of mental illness, as red
herring "good cop/bad cop" or tough love acting, diversions, feints, decoys,
smokescreens, smear campaigns by association, openly secret intimidation
campaigns against dissidents, and as a means of espionage.

The N.S.A. or National Security Agency is a part of the U.S. Department of
Defense, and a very secretive part at that. The N.S.A. has a black budget,
and is always headed by a high-ranking commissioned officer from one of the
branches of the U.S. military. The headquarters of the N.S.A. is located at
Fort George Gordon Meade in the U.S. state of Maryland. The top secret
technology available to U.S. intelligence agencies is usually thirty years
or maybe even more ahead of the technology which is available to the U.S.
civilian economy, especially in the field of nanotechnology.

The U.S. National Security Agency or N.S.A. sometimes cooperates with other
U.S. intelligence agencies, and the N.S.A. is the coordinating agency for
the global spy network called ECHELON, which includes the English-speaking
nations of the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand. The
U.S. military has several bases in the U.K., which is an important,
nuclear-armed NATO ally for the U.S.A., and American N.S.A. spies and
technicians often work alongside their foreign counterparts within the

Personally, my gut feeling tells me that those spies who work in synthetic
telepathy and subliminal, subconscious brainwashing by means of infrasound,
ultrasound, and electromagnetism in psychotronics, are probably closet
atheists or agnostics, and sociopaths with Machiavellian intelligence. They
have no sympathy or compassion towards their victims, although they must
certainly have empathy towards them. As for the First Cause or Cosmological
Argument for the existence of God as the uncaused Cause which created the
Big Bang, they probably believe it erupted spontaneously from Fluctuating
Vacuum Energy, because particle accelerator experiments show that it is
indeed possible to create matter from energy. Moreover, time itself only
began with the Big Bang, according to the Grand Unified Theory [ GUT ]
concept of physics, and therefore asking what caused the Big Bang is a
meaningless question from a strictly scientific point of view. They also
believe that the vehicles used by the Cherubim angels of Ezekiel chapters
one, three, and nine to ten are really U.F.O. spacecraft, when one takes
into consideration the fact that there are billions of stars or suns in the
universe, with billions of planets revolving around them. The subatomic
particles known as Higgs Bosons, when accelerated to infinite velocity,
would turn out to be Tachyons, i.e. subatomic particles which can travel
faster than the speed of light. The 1993 cancelled Superconducting Super
Collider particle accelerator project at Waxahachie, Texas, some 20 trillion
electron volts strong, would probably have been able to prive the existence

The largest particle accelerator in the world being built today is the CERN
or The European Organization for Nuclear Research LHC [ Large Hadron
Collider ], which straddles the French-Swiss border, and which is only 7

The drug Ketamine, when given to wounded U.S. servicemen during the Vietnam
War, was documented to produce Near Death Experiences.

Personally, I have been greatly intrigued in how with all the resources
available in electronic espionage to the U.S. intelligence agencies, it was
possible for them to be genuinely duped into believing that Saddam Hussein's
Irq possessed Weapons of Mass Destruction [ W.M.D. ], when the Iraqi
military failed to use those weapons against the U.S.A. in its Shock and Awe
campaign against Iraq from March 19, 2003 - April 9, 2003. I do believe
however that Iran, which shares a very long border with Iraq, is actively
and secretly trying to acquire weapons of mass destruction, especially
nuclear weapons.

So far, the rate of casualties on a daily basis in the current U.S.
Iran-Iraq War is far less than that which the U.S.A. suffered during The
Vietnam War, where the U.S. military lost some 58,000 persons between
1959-1975, with most of the casualties sustained between 1965-1973. For a

According to this web site, the U.S.A. is planning to retain control over
four large air bases in Iraq on a permanent basis.

During the Arab Oil Embargo of October 17, 1973 - March 17, 1974 against the
U.S.A., some 12% of the petroleum consumed in the U.S.A. came from the
Middle East, whereas the figure for Europe was 80%, and 90% for Japan. The
oil embargo was imposed in order to punish the U.S.A. for its military
air-lift called Operation Nickelgrass, which provided emergency military
relief supplies to Israel during the Yom Kippur War of October 6 - October
18, 1973, when it was attacked by a combined Egyptian and Syrian military

insurgents, are the biggest enemies for the U.S.A. in the Middle East. The
main weapons suppliers for the Syrians and Iranians today are the Russians
and Chinese, and the rapidly growing Chinese and Indian economies are
becoming more and more dependent on petroleum imports from the Middle
East.Should the Chinese be reckless enough to launch an invasion of Taiwan,
the U.S. military, with bases in Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Djibouti,
Diego Garcia, Guam, Japan, South Korea, and Kwajalein, would easily be able
to cut off petroleum imports from the Middle East bound for China by means
of a naval blockade. In 2005, 57% of the total U.S. petroleum supply came
from foreign oil imports, and the Arab members of the OPEC nations supplied
the U.S.A. with 26% of its oil imports in 2004, with 24% of U.S. oil imports
coming from the Persian Gulf nations. In other words, 14.82% of the oil
consumed in the U.S.A. came from the Arab members of the OPEC nations [ i.e.
26% x 57% divided by 100% = 14.82% ], and 13.68% of the oil consumed in the
U.S.A. in 2004 came from the Persian Gulf nations [ i.e. 24% x 57% divided
