does oxycodone thin the blood?

I am scheduled for surgery in november and am currently on oxycodone for
joint pain (its not working that well either). Do i need to worry about the
oxycodone acting as a blood thinner before surgery? the surgeon said no, but
when i cut myself i seem to bleed much longer than i should. He is going to
have the lab doing a test on my clotting time before surgery. I am just
curious if it could be the oxycodone doing that to me. thanks!
