Why don't registered pharmacists use the title "Dr."?

I've always wondered why don't registered pharmacists use the title
"Dr."? They have a PharmD; they should use the title. MDs use it.
Are there any RPhs w/ both a PharmD and a PhD in pharmacology? I know
there's a Greek physician w/ a MD, a PharmD, AND a PhD.
Why don't licensed medical practioners have an abbreviation to put
after there name like registered pharmacists have "RPh"?
Here's another question: what's the top ranking research pharmacy
school, and do you think Harvard should start a pharmacy school?
Thanks!!!!!
