I am looking for information on Tobramycin Sulfate for IV/IM use in
inhalation therapy. If I am giving a 320mg dose, which is 8cc's of
40mg/ml 2cc vials, do I need to dilute this further in the nebulizer?
Thanks Kevin
Last I knew 8 x 40 =320
But here is a link to an article comparing Tobi with injectable tobramycin
