What I wonder about is assuming this is valid ... whether or not reducing or eliminating animal protein from one's diet will have any effect at all on bone density past it's formulative stages in the teens and 20's.

I don't feel that my bones are going to wait for the years it takes for all the large-scale studies to be in, and I am very willing to do anything that "may" help, as long as it isn't harmful.
There is so much out there about animal protein being harmful to the
rest of the body that it would make sense to me that it's not good for
preserving bone either. So I am going to go with the little or no animal protein. Veganism is
looking better and better to me.
I am also seriously looking at the purchase of the "vibrating platform" for $345 w/free shipping, even though the jury's still out on that too. It can't hurt.

It seems scam to me. Weight training, walking, running, also, lots of minerals. Seaweed has tons of minerals. A great new munchie habit.
