Do you know if the 26hg frequency that the Soloflex uses is right for
us?
A search on google with "osteoporosis," "vibration," and "platform"
provided me with tons of information about these things. A friend who
is a personal trainer just returned from Asia, where she says they are
in all the gyms.
Sure would be nice to not have to do all that jumping and weight
lifting.
Please tell us all you know on the subject!
