I broke my left arm a few years ago and a lady online had done the same
thing. She told me to increase my calcium citrate to 2000 a day so the
bone would heal.
You have to take this calcium 600 mg at a time as that is all your body
will absorb at a time.
Do you know, 3 weeks later when I went back to the orthopedic doctor, he
could not believe the bone had knitted together in such a short time for
a Senior of 65 years.
I still needed 6 weeks of PT though as the arm was stiff.
