Males with HIV and Osteoporosis

Has anyone have experience long-term HIV, HAART and meds for osteoporosis?
I have a heel fracture (calcaneus) and wrist fracture that won't heal. I
only recently had a DEXA for diagnosis. I will be seeing my primary care
doc in a few weeks. I am interested if anyone has had success with Forteo,
calcium really makes me vomit, even in supplement form. I have always been
a dairy fan. Thanks
