Re: osteoporosis meds

I belong to some Seniors ng and they stopped it after 5 years of
Fosamax.
They are in their 70's now.

I have my next bone density test in the Spring of next year and if I
have not improved at all, I will stop it too.

I have been taking it for 3 years now + vit. D and 1200 mg. calcium,
exercise daily. So it should improve.
