I take the Fosamax as soon as I get up. Then I feed the cats, shave,
clean the bathroom and get my Sunday "sin" breakfast prepared (egg,
bacon, english, brewed ground coffee). By the time I am ready, 1 to 1
1/2 hours has passed. I read about the longer time in a prostate cancer
group. Dr. Strum is an expert and suggested that a longer wait would
provide better absorption of the Fosamax. I think that 30 minutes is a
minimum.
