website this

is if you can't even read the characters? It seems to me you
aren't
expected to sign up there. The korean characters are actually
very
easy to read, but wouldn't you be presented another picture
next time?

Not to speak for our OP, but the unique "captcha" set of
characters he is being asked to render may qualify him for
registration and continued access to the site for, in his case,
perhaps learning Korean. Ergo,
definition of them may be a kind and understandable request.

Interestingly, there are now bots that can read and interpret
such morphed "captchaed" characters for their nefarious purposes.
Newer, sophisticated puzzles involving the
specification of "main" or colored elements,etcetera, in a
multiplex gestalt are now being employed in more difficult
challenges designed to outwit such software crackers.
