Re: Time in various languages...

Just out of curiosity, what's fuzzy about the examples you give? Apart from
the fact that they do not state the number of seconds, I personally can't
think of a more precise way of expressing time - unless of course you use
"half past one" to describe any time in the period between, say, 1.20 and
1.45.
