You seem to have a thing for landslide induced tsunami.
That's part of the reason I'm so fascinated by this event. A tsunami
that crests at over 100 feet on the open coastline of Unimak Island
(admittedly 90 miles from the source) & then spreads out across the
Pacific & crests at 25 to 35 feet on some Hawaiian shorelines -- all
generated by a quake of magnitude 8.1 (USGS) -- is fascinating. M8.1
is big, but is it *that* big?
