Stan Deyo want the USGS and NOAA to pay attention to his "proven
highly accurate" forecasts.

I've already emailed him abou my analysis of his "proven highly
accurate" forecasts.

Perhaps if he got his 'research' published in a peer-reviewed journal
(AGU, perhaps?), someone would take note. What's the chances of that
happening?

His reply to my email was typical head in sand pseudoscience.

I doubt he even took time to read my analysis, as his reply was
only about 20 minutes after I sent my email.

Basically, all he did was refer me to the following page on his
site explaining how he comes up with his numbers:

http://standeyo.com/Reports/06_EQ.warning/060101.map.explaned.html

And then he made his usual appeal to his generosity of making the
forecasts, "I don't have to put up any circles at all you know" and
"It is a free service". Like, it being free somehow makes it more
right?

Yeah, well, Jimmy Swaggert used to give free sermons until he noticed how
many of the "saved" were attending. lol
