Nope, doesn't ring any bells with me. Not even sure where Minneapolis
is without looking at an atlas - North-Central somewhere?
Well, I'm not aware of anyone I know in NC-USA, so I guess that it's
just someone with taste, rather than the nefarious. Hmmm, thinks ... hmmm, I
wonder if they're using a killfile to delete the more obvious trolls. Which
would beg the question of where they'd get onesuch?

I need to find another easy access route besides my cable ISP or going back
to the new AT&T.

Perhaps they've decided against the cost of running their (the ISP's)
own newsserver in favour of telling the clients who want this antiquated, low
advertising service to pay for it them selves.
