geez...I must have screwed up on my editing as I'm pretty sure
the answers for 4 & 6 are c & b, respectively. In fact, I know
for certain that looking at the answers given above are the
wrong ones.
Oh well, that's what I get for rushing through a test.
As for 2, if the answer isn't a, then it's gotta be c. I figured
it would be a deep water wave since it involves the whole water
column, even way out in open ocean. Saying it's a shallow water
wave implies the term 'tsunami' only applies to the part that
rises up on itself due to the shallowing of the ocean bottom as
it nears the shore. But isn't it still a 'tsunami' wave even way
out in deep water where it may only be a few centimeters tall at
best?
