The difference between this two systems are locale differences.
Some GNSS network such as http://geodaf.mt.asi.it/html_old/index.html
public this shift.

Hi,
I am looking for the actual "shift" between WKS84 and
the european system ETRS89.
As far as I know these two systems shift 20-25 cm per year
because of the continent drift.
