Hi Ron

direct
energetic
action-oriented

steady
agreeable
dependable

influential
persuasive
optimistic

cautious
sensitive
detail-oriented

That appears to me to be much too simple a view of team
dynamics/personality types, in fact I'm not even sure how that quadrant
diagram is supposed to be used.

Hmmm... yeah. Quite right. This piece came in a long time ago, and I
no
longer know the source. I might have to trace down the information
myself,
but it looks like the information is on the psychological end. The
table is
at the very least supposed to have headings -- "leaders" and
"followers"
along one axis, maybe?

Let me check that out and get back to you.

Ron
