Sorry but it is more than likely the 'yanks' will never "get with the
times" so the ball's in your court there. Even if one did have a
compass and was fairly good at pacing you will still need to determine
the basis of north to know what direction to start walking.




I think that he stated quite planely that the reference meridian was Magnetic North, February 1976. Maybe you should read the message again.
