The bearing changes in the Cardinal...
i.e. North 53 degrees 21 minutes 22 seconds East is reversed to read South
53 degrees 21 minutes 22 West.

Hi all,
I divided my property last year and am now selling part of it. The
surveyor I hired used the existing pins and added 3 of his own to
divide the parcel (two on opposite sides of the lot and one in the
middle) creating a divier line in two parts. The survey map he gave me
has the readings N53.21.22E and S87.25.41E as the dividing line. The
problem I have is that when describing the point to point boundary from
the original survey for the side I am selling, I need the readings from
the opposite direction (Sxx.xx.xxW and Nxx.xx.xxW). Can anyone tell me
what the reverse bearings are or how I can figure them out? I hate to
pay another $1500 for it.
thanks
R
