You wont get much help from surveyors just the old "hire a surveyor" reply
heres some google words that will provide tools to get a rough boundary
USGS maps - raster - they show section lines
OZIEXPLORER software - overlay gps data on a usgs map
COGO Software - go from metes/bounds to coordinates
You should be able to get it done with any handheld gps and the above
software
