RFIC Design Engineer-CMOS- Corporate R&D
Role:
Design/develop RF CMOS systems and circuits to support the various
wireless communications systems projects within the company's
Corporate
R&D Dept. Provide radio design including RX/TX architecture,
requirements, RF system analysis, detail IC level design and
simulation.
Skills/Experience:
Detail design knowledge and design experience of RF CMOS systems and
circuits for frequencies DC to 2 GHz and above. Design knowledge should
include radio systems/ RF IC circuits including RF/IF/BB amplifiers,
filters, phase locked loops, AGC/ALC loops, ADCs, Daces. Must have
understanding of digital communications systems; experience in GSM or
CDMA technologies a plus.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree
in Electrical Engineering or above preferred; 10 years minimum
experience.
