Aixtron AIX 200/4 MOVPE GaAs reactor, used for
research with about 200 runs done on it. It also has a gas handling
system, control computer, and gas scrubber system along with a spare
growth chamber. Originally the system cost almost $ 1 million.

This system could also be converted to growing GaN according to
Aixtron.

The system is pristine and ready to use !!!!
