Our client is a global leading provider of mixed signal IC's to the consumer
electronics industry. As the Sr./Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be
responsible for all reliability program requirements, planning, definitions,
design, development, and test along with training and organizational
resources to achieve those requirements within the constraints of the
life-cycle issues and costs.
Requirements/Skills/Education:
BSEE, BSME, or BS in Statistics, or Mathematics. MSEE preferred). Must
possess 8+ years of industry related Reliability Engineering experience in
Semiconductor Design & Manufacturing. ASQ certification is also desirable
(CRE). Strong background in design review and control, prediction,
estimation, and apportionment methodology, failure mode effects and analysis
of IC's is necessary. Must be experienced in the planning, operation and
analysis of reliability testing and field failures, including mathematical
modeling; understanding human factors in reliability and the ability to
develop and administer reliability information systems for failure analysis
design and performance improvement. Will have strong experience in
Reliability program management over the entire product lifecycle, including
interface with outsourced fabs. Must have experience with Reliability Tools
in design and development as well as experience developing reliability test
plans that cover the expected customer use along with environment and
operational conditions.
