Need Help finding a HydroMetallurgist

I work for an IT recruiting firm and we've started sourcing engineers
for some new jobs in Canada. Anyone here have any idea where I can
locate some Senior Hydro Metallurgists?

We've been searching for well over 2 weeks now, Monster.ca and
Workopolis.com are yielding very few results and we've tried several
lower scale resume databases - but have had little success.

We are SMART Dynamic Workforce Solutions and we are currently looking
for a Senior Hydrometallurgical Engineer to partner with us to help
one of our clients, a global leader in non-ferrous mining and minerals
processing, complete a variety of challenging projects in North
America and at several international project sites.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
In this role you will be responsible for operating and supervising
leaching, liquid-solid separation, solvent extraction and electro-
winning in the plant. This will require experience in process design
engineering with responsibility for carrying out calculations to
produce mass and heat balances, flow sheets and P&IDs, and equipment
sizing and selection. You will also be responsible for providing test
work definition, supervision and interpretation as well as writing
reports and proposals. This position reports to the Vice-President,
Process Technology.

ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:
This is a permanent, full-time position with our client located in
Downtown Toronto but will involve traveling around the world as
required to participate in various projects.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Professional Engineer with 15 to 20 years of work experience related
to hydrometallurgy.
- Previous experience with process design engineering.
- P. Eng.
- Report writing, proposal preparation and presentation skills will be
a definite asset.
- Ability to travel globally.
