Many of us provided lots of information to your previous request. It's time
to go see a specialist, and have him/her determine why you have trouble
waking up in the morning. Maybe it's none of the things you are guessing it
is. Maybe you have sleep apnea, and are not sleeping at night. Maybe you are
not going to bed early enough. Maybe you are drinking a gallon of Jolt cola
before going to bed? The typical way of handling things that are medically
related is to have the issue diagnosed by a licensed practitioner. If you
are having the issues that you are guessing you have, and they are a medical
condition, they will prescribe the apparatus that you need to resolve the
issue.
As far as the limitations that you've placed on the lighting apparatus.... A
175 watt mogul Mercury Vapor socket takes just that, assuming you have the
correct ballast wired to the socket. Same with the 24 inch fluorescent
strip.
