Well, until we get more information about your bulb, or even
2-pin G23-base CFLs designed for operation on 230-volt
circuits, my opinion is that this lamp will not work on the
first four ballasts that you mentioned. They are all simple
series choke ballasts, just like the DBA-10PL.

If the sterilizers use electronic ballasts their output
voltage may be higher than 120 volts, which is OK as long as
they regulate the lamp current to the proper value.
