Thank you Victor for some excellent references. I spent the morning look through
these links and found some good info in the freely available data. The Advanced
Lighting Guidelines was an excellent and readable reference in the areas that it
addressed. But the heart of it, for me, seems to be in the IEC references. I
identified at least 4 that I would like to have, but as you say they are
expensive. All that I saw were over $200, and some had one or two addendums at
another $100 or so each... I guess that the notion of getting everything from a
single book was just a dream.
