Elektra Beckum was sold to Ryobi (? Anyway, some Jap woodworking tool mfr)
and they sold the welding machine division to an Italian outfit and are now
branded "Ergus"
The manufacturer is called Tecla, website: http://www.teclaitalia.com
The designs didn't change that much and you may be able to find an
equivalent Ergus model and a manual.
