Notice the Sonzy mark on the PC board. Wonder if Sony would go after them
for trademark infringement?

I doubt that they would have a case. Think of it ......... is Pepzi a
trademark violation of Pepsi? I don't think so.

If a person cannot tell the difference between "SONY" and "SONZY", they
deserve whatever they buy. With all the free advice, guidance, and
experience available on Usenet, one has to be impaired to go out and buy
junk and expect it to work for more than 20 minutes.


I don't disagree with you. Just that Sony is very protective of their
trademark. I remember a story of a woman with a lest name of Sony and had a
restaurant called Sony's. They successfully stopped her from using that
name.
