The mobility of ions in a solution is not unlimited, unlike electrons in
metal (not even them precisely). The conductivity of a solution is the sum
over the product of all ionic concentrations and their mobilities.
Resistivity is the inverse of that. At high electrolyte concentrations, say
in 1 M sulfuric acid, the resistivity is only of the order of 1 ohm*cm.
