Because sea water tends to have such a varity of materials in it I
think carbon usualy considered the best option, you do realise that you
wont get any oxigen though, the oxigen sticks to the clorine forming
hypo clorates (Bleach) clorates and perclorates, you still get the
hydrogen though.
