NiMH chargers typically use a voltage change and/or temperature change to detect the end of charge. Both of these methods depend on a fairly high charge rate, typically 0.25C to C or so. Otherwise, the voltage and temperature changes are too small to reliably detect. Unless your charger is able to charge at those rates (which would be 2.5 - 10 amps for your 10 Ah cells), the charger is likely to miss the end of charge. There's some possibility that the charger won't detect the end of charge even at the low end of that current range. I'd check the charger specifications or contact the manufacturer to see what the highest recommended capacity cell is.
