What a strange place to post this. Sounds like you mean "ethyl acetate"
which is used in entomology, but designing an ethyl acetate plant??? Try
chemical engineering. The reaction is simple. Ethanol + acetic acid yields
ethyl acetate + water. It is pretty easy stuff, very well studied. Google
is your friend.
