Eh.

Carbon dioxide comprises only about 0.03% of the atmosphere, and an
increase of 10% adds not much at all. Not much at all when you look
at another greenhouse gas, water vapor, which is generally 4-5% of
the atmosphere, fluctuates on a seasonal and daily basis and nobody
is worried about. As far as trees are concerned, only about 20% of
photosynthesis occurs on land, the ocean is a much more important
site for photosynthesis.
